Hunting for a job stuff

Thos problem is common for all people because we all need a job and we are looking for it. So, this is the matter I would like to talk about because I have something to share with you. First of all I would like to say that when hunting for a job it is important to consider all chances you have and all opportunities. Never send your resume to a one employer. Make a lot of those and with this action you will increase your chances for success when looking for a job. And the second, and I guess the most important of all is an interview. See, while reading resume people learn a lot about you, though they still want you to come and to show who you are because they know that resume is usually the improved version of you as a worker. So, when at interview never try to be someone you are not indeed and never try to full people because you are not the first one interviewed and they know all those tricks. And the last one – the imagine-interviewers-naked trick is of no use indeed, so don’t waste your time.

Friends at work

There are no friends at work, you know, in case you think you have friends there and in case you think your colleagues are people you can trust personally – you are the one who still believes in miracle you know, there are no friends at work there are only people you work together with. They are co-workers of yours and no more no less. They may be sweet and they can smile to you and you can make jokes about each other and so on and so forth, but they are not your friends and they know it for sure and you should know it for sure. You are not friends and you will never be friends because you have something material in common. And that something material turns people into competitors at once and they will forget about all those pleasant talks and smiles and the whole “friendship” stuff. They will forget it and they will to whatever it takes in order to be the first one to reach the goal. So, never take those people as friends of yours and never think they will sacrifice something for your sake, they want, and you also shouldn’t.

Feel good about work

We trade work for money, and in essence we trade our time for money. This is why they call it going to work. However, what happens when you decide that you are fitfully underwhelmed with your work and you need a valiant change of pace? Some people are simply ready to cash in their chips and come home, spend their days raising the kids instead of going to work while others just want something more fulfilling. When you trade your time for work shouldn’t you at least feel good about some aspect of your work?Older generations would say that we don’t need to feel good about our work. We just need to pay the bills and be done with it. Work isn’t about feeling good about yourself. But as the younger generations have tried on those shoes it might seem like there might be another way, like enjoying the work that you do. You shouldn’t have to trade away two thirds of your life for something that makes you miserable. If it is making you miserable, why wouldn’t you be looking for work that might make you happy? After all, there is nothing quite like coming home from a day at work feeling uplifted rather than downtrodden. In today’s world work and misery are no longer compatible. Thus, the unhappy ones should be putting their best foot forward and looking for work that is rewarding, enjoyable, and at the very least, financially rewarding. That’s the new work exchange rate.

Work

Instilling work ethic in young people can be a huge challenge, especially with the current trends in parenting. Is there a way to teach a self motivated work ethic without becoming a controlling parent or do you have to crack down on the next generation? The truth is, you can instill a strong work ethic in a child without forcing them to be micro managed. Children need rules to thrive, but they also need the ability to understand natural consequences.

The natural consequences of a poor work ethic is poverty, food stamps, and a deteriorating bank account. The earlier children realize that their work ethic will have everything to do with how well they do in the world the earlier they will take the reigns themselves. In all honesty, punishment and micro management doesn’t work for many children. They are only functioning on the level you are requiring them to because they aren’t interested in punishment.

When you instill an idea of work ethic and natural consequences, children can often start setting their own goals and working for them. It is not difficult for even young children to discover the power of working hard for something that they long for. As they continue to grow there is a higher chance of them showing you their developing work ethic when they understand the fluid rhythm of natural consequences. Work ethic is a huge part of raising children and youths to become productive members of society. Teaching them that their work ethic can pull them out of unpleasant circumstances empowers them to become brighter stars for tomorrow rather than victims of society.
